This is a nice marmalade with both Ruby Red Grapefruit and lemons.  You will find small pieces of Lemon rind but none from the Grapefruit.  I feel this gives it a smoother taste since we all know how thick the white pith is with Grapefruit.  I did peel the outer part of the Grapefruit and included that finely chopped.
